Our History: 35 Years of HR Software
HRPlus4 is developed by Chupella NA. It began in 1990 as a Microsoft Access project built to keep employee records organized, and it has been rebuilt several times since as computers, databases and the needs of small HR offices changed. Each rebuild kept what worked and added what users asked for.
- Microsoft Access: the original employee records database.
- Borland database: rebuilt on a Borland database for more speed and capacity.
- Delphi: rewritten as a standalone Windows program in Delphi, with refined screens and reports.
- HRPlus4 today: a native 64-bit Windows application that keeps your data on your own computers.
